Until Tuesday 14 April, restaurant chain The Ivy (find your nearest) is dishing up two courses for £20.95.

The offer is on its Heritage Menu, which includes a starter and a main course. It's available Sunday to Friday from 11.30am until close, excluding Bank Holidays.

Starters include French onion soup, jackfruit salad, tempura prawns and grilled chicken skewers. Mains include the classic shepherd’s pie, sweet potato and spinach curry, cod goujons and smoked salmon linguine. Drinks and desserts cost extra.

Starters typically cost £10 to £13, and mains about £20, so you can make a decent saving with this offer. However, it's nearly £2 more expensive than its £19.17 two-course set menu, which ran for a few months earlier this year.

This deal isn’t available at The Original Ivy, The Ivy Belfast Brasserie and The Ivy Dawson Street, and it’s priced at £22.95 at central London restaurants.

Its 1917 menu (named and priced to mark the year when its first restaurant opened) includes a starter and a main. It's available Sunday to Friday from 11.30am until close, but excludes Mother's Day and bank holidays.

Starters include French onion soup, duck liver parfait, Robata grilled chicken skewers, tamarind beetroot and endive salad and salt & pepper calamari. Mains include the Ivy Classic shepherd’s pie, pan-fried Aegean Sea bream and mushroom & truffle linguine. Drinks and desserts cost extra.

Starters normally cost £10 to £13, and mains about £20, so you can make a decent saving with this offer.

Excluded restaurants are The Original Ivy (West Street, London), The Ivy Belfast Brasserie and The Ivy Dawson Street. The menu is price at £19.82 at The Ivy Soho, City Garden, Market Grill, Chichester, Bournemouth and Canterbury.
