Driving test

Transport for London (TfL) is making the £15 congestion charge permanent in the capital, but from 21 February next year drivers won't have to pay the fee after 6pm on weekdays and before 12pm or after 6pm on weekends. Here's what is happening. 

Learner drivers in England and Wales have described arranging a driving test as "harder than getting Glastonbury tickets", after the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) began taking bookings again after closing them for months due to the coronavirus pandemic.
